Thank you for your support of the Western Skies Coalition (“WSC”). WSC is organized as a nonprofit corporation and operated in a manner consistent with section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization will file Form 1024, the application for recognition as a section 501(c)(4) organization, with the IRS in the near future. A section 501(c)(4) organization must operate primarily to further the common good and general welfare of the people of the community by bringing about civic betterment and social welfare. WSC will be engaged in grassroots lobbying and issue advocacy activities to further these organizational purposes.
